These are mini glass nail files around 3 - 3 1/2 inches long with a vinyl turtle on them.
Item comes with a protective vinyl sheeth.
NOTE: The turtle is a sticker vinyl and may come off if put in water, so it is best to just rinse off your file gently if you choose to do so.
